Many projects are now expected to satisfy the demands of third-party clients and users as well as providing facilities beyond what would have previously been considered to be normal opening hours.

Through involvement in multi-stakeholder developments such as Sure Start Centres and Tourist Villages, we have developed a  specialism for effective, early stage consultation coupled with an ability to make buildings perform well beyond their core requirements.
